Hudson Sends Help with Assistance from 6-Year-Old

Shift Team Leader Tim Hudson handled a call for a woman who was experiencing an altered mental status and could not tell him what was wrong.

Tim ended up speaking with the 6-year-old child of this patient and did an excellent job handling the call by connecting with the child in a manner and way in which the child could understand, all the while calming the child during this situation.
